Interested in manga and its potential for engaging children and teens? A little overwhelmed by the quantity of titles or new to the manga world? Anyone interested is welcome to join library workers from across northern New York for a manga reading and interest group. The group meets the first Tuesday of every month from 3:30-4:30pm.
All are welcome to join for a special March meeting with Professor Shiho Imai of SUNY-Potsdam. Professor Imai will give a presentation on Japanese History through Manga, based on a course she has taught at the university for years, followed by Q&A. No prior attendance necessary!
