Join us to explore findings and analysis from the Competitive Wages and Benefits Survey of North Country Libraries, Archives, and Museums. The session will provide an overview of survey responses, analysis of potential trends, key takeaways, and questions workers might apply to their own institutions as they consider benefits and compensation strategy. Participants will be invited to provide feedback on the analysis and share ideas for use of the data in their organizations and the field.
Library, archives, and museum workers at all levels and in all types of institutions in the North Country are welcome to attend. The session is intended for a general audience.
