Join Documentary Heritage and Preservation Services for New York (DHPSNY) for an overview of their free services available to libraries, archives, and cultural heritage organizations across New York State. This virtual session will introduce DHPSNY’s education, outreach, and planning and assessment programs designed to help organizations strengthen collections care, improve access, and plan for the future.
Learn about opportunities including hands-on workshops, webinars, and online courses, as well as individualized services such as archival needs assessments, preservation surveys, and strategic and foundational planning. This session is ideal for organizations at any stage, whether you are just getting started with collections stewardship or looking to build on existing work.
Come with questions and leave with a clearer understanding of how DHPSNY can support your organization. The next application deadline for the Planning & Assessment services is July 10, 2026, so this is the perfect time to learn more!
