The two categories of our grants are Special Collections and Action and are due August 7, 2020.

Special Collections grants are geared toward creating access—physical or intellectual—to special content that would be useful to others.

The “Action” category is new this year. It was formerly a technology and innovation grant. We know good ideas are emerging all the time in conversations among yourselves and with members of your communities, and this grant aims to provide some money to act on those ideas, whatever form they take. Regardless of the supplies required, or whether the project is “innovative” or “scalable,” if a project is a good idea that will serve your community, we want the chance to fund it!

There are two information sessions this summer to learn more about these grants:

June 30 | 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm – REGISTER NOW
July 30 | 10:30 am – 12:00 pm – REGISTER NOW

Each member may submit just one application per year. If you’re not sure if your organization is a member, check our members page.
