The Manager of Library Services plans, organizes and directs library services for Samaritan Medical Center and eight participating hospitals in the North Country Hospital Library Services Program (HLSP). Duties include budgeting, supervision of a staff of 2.5 FTE, hiring and orientation of new staff, marketing of services, collection development, strategic planning, and provision of library services to three of the participating HLSP institutions.
Successful applicants for this full-time position will have a MLS or related degree and 3 years’ experience in a library setting (health library experience preferred).
